I have spent most of my life struggling to find the right balance with fitness and nutrition. I always wanted to try the latest trend and follow the 12-week quick fix plans because that what I saw everyone else doing on social media. Every single program ended (some sooner than others) with me throwing in the towel and moving on to the next. I am finally at a point in my life where I aim to become more focused on creating a sustainable lifestyle. I decided to start this blog to document my journey on shifting from "quick-fixes" to over all wellness. Buckle up, because this time I'm in it for the long haul!
